You’re Not Alone. We’re Here to Support You

At GICC Masjid, we recognize the growing mental health challenges faced by youth in our community. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or just need someone to talk to, help is here.

Our Youth Mental Health Support service connects you with caring, professional counsellors who understand the unique experiences of Muslim youth and offer compassionate, faith-informed support in a confidential space.

Who Is This For?

This service is open to all youth in our community, ages 13 to 24, who are:

  • Struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress

  • Coping with school, family, or peer pressure

  • Dealing with identity, faith, or self-esteem issues

  • Seeking culturally relevant and faith-conscious support
